WE INFORM you that we respect and implement all the mechanisms for guaranteeing your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereafter "Regulation").

The role of this information is to explain how your personal data is used, the purposes for which it can be used, and your rights. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data is very important to us, and in order to meet the goals below, we need to process some personal data. Thus, this Privacy Policy governs the processing of the personal data of our clients or potential clients, as well as of the users of our site www.elcyrom.ro (the "Site"), the applicants and the employees, in connection with the services provided by ELCYROM and our activity, including on and through the site.

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules that ELCYROM respects in the processing of personal data that we collect from you or for yourself or that you provide.

• The data will be stored for the entire contractual period and after termination of the contract for a period of time required to protect ELCYROM's rights under the applicable law and time-barrier of rights to action.
• In cases where there is no contract between you and ELCYROM - the duration specified in the information note on the processing of personal data.
• Duration provided by current legislation.

YOUR RIGHTS are the following:

• The right of access to your personal data means you have the right to obtain confirmation from us that we process or not your personal data and, if so, access to that data. At your request, we can provide you with an annual copy of your personal data processed. For any other requested copies, we can charge a reasonable fee, based on administrative costs. If you submit your request electronically and unless you request another format, the information is provided in an electronic format.
• The right to rectification or update when the data is inaccurate or incomplete.
• The right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten") – you can ask us to delete your personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
• the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
• you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
• you oppose data processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail;
• personal data must be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation.
• The right to restriction of processing the personal data under certain circumstances, such as:
• you dispute the accuracy of the data, for a period that would allow us to verify its accuracy;
• your data has been processed unlawfully, and you are opposed to deleting your personal data, requesting instead their restriction;
• if ELCYROM no longer needs your personal data for processing, but you request the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.
• The right to data portability – you have the right to obtain from the Company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data concerning you and the right to request the transmission of such data to another operator if the processing is based on your consent or the performance of a contract and is done by automatic means.
• The right to object – by virtue of this right, you may at any time object to processing of personal data concerning you simply by notifying us by email or post.
• The right to withdraw your consent – you may at any time withdraw your consent in certain cases, free of charge, by simple notification addressed to us by e-mail or post, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing under consent prior to its withdrawal.
• Right to file a complaint to us and / or to the competent data protection authority. ELCYROM, through its Data Protection Officer, provides you with information on actions taken on your request under your rights without undue delay, and in any case within one month of receipt of your application. This period may be extended by two months when necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of applications. ELCYROM will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of your request, giving you the reasons for the delay.
  If you enter an electronic application, information will be provided in electronic format where possible, unless you request another format.
